The Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, Dr. Wissam Kazem Hamdan, met with first-year students and professors to discuss critical student cases within the Bologna system for the academic year 2023-2024.

During the meeting, the process of granting treatment degrees was explained. This will be done by assigning additional work to students within a week of notification. A request form was prepared and distributed to first-year professors for completion and signature by the subject's instructor. This is in accordance with the department head's directives to document the submitted requests, including the type of additional activity and the deadline for submission. Finally, the treatment degree will be added and the mentioned procedures documented in the examination committee, emphasizing the importance of completing the examination committee's requirements and announcing final examination grades.

He emphasized his continuous monitoring of the department's scientific progress, stressing a high commitment to the success of the Bologna system experience and working towards achieving a higher level.
